Bookings

A booking is confirmed only after BGC Logistics contacts you. Delivery charges are confirmed before pickup.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on availability, location and conditions and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Failed delivery attempts and delays will be communicated.

Restricted items

Customers must describe packages accurately. BGC Logistics may refuse items that are illegal, dangerous or prohibited.

Payment on Delivery

For participating vendors, BGC Logistics collects payment from the customer on delivery and remits it to the vendor within 24 hours after successful delivery.

Warehousing

Free warehousing is available to eligible e-commerce vendors. Eligibility is decided by BGC Logistics.

Report any problem to the contact details on this site. BGC Logistics may update these terms and will publish changes here.
